The Director General of the factory Sergei Starikov has reported the implementation of this investment project, shown the production opportunities and shared its further development plans.
Sergei Starikov has informed that one manufacturing line only can produce almost 100 mln. ring-shaped cracknels a month by full charge. Today, various products are delivered to 38 regions of Russia, an export share in the total sales amount is 17%. They can also be found in Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Belorussia, Germany, the USA, Mongolia. “This week, on his website we have got an application for commercial proposal from Israel and Canada. Our products are known far over the Tyumen region”, he said.
The factory regularly takes part in large exhibitions in Moscow, whence it always returns with new contracts. Namely they allow for widening delivery geography and effecting export.
Plans of further development include assembly of hard boiling confectionery line, wafers production scale-up. Experts explore new products from the point of view of marketing and economy and they update the factory development strategy every year.
Currently, the confectionery factory “Courage” produces about 100 articles of flour confectionery goods, 100% staff is residents of Yalutorovsk.
“The production growth factors, assortment and development plans are impressive. This factory is a good example of export potential implementation. Any company developing a production of its own must try export. A lot of companies see obstacles only in this way at once. But one should set the bar high and search consumers not only outside the Tyumen region but outside Russia, too. “Courage” can do it very well. 17% export is an important share, it implies growth and perspectives. Companies able to find opportunities and market outlets outside Russia have good future and steady-state economy”, the Gouvernour has expressed his opinion.
The head of Yalutorovsk Viacheslav Smelik has stressed that our city has always been known for its food-manufacturing industry. Namely this industry is still among the priority areas.
“One of the examples is the “Courage” factory, and a vegetables preservation plant is planned. The city lies on the junction of two roads. This is a good and profitable logistics”, he said.
