According to Alexander Moor, Governor of the Tyumen region, the team is the main component of the investment attraction and working with the investors. “An investor, coming into the territory, encounters many local, regional and federal authorities. While performing their functions, everyone has to understand that working with the investors remains the main task. Everyone in their segment of activity has to be extremely client-oriented and regard the entrepreneur not as a holder of money but as a partner, a person who helps the authorities to address the issues of socio-economic development of the region.” considers Alexander Moor.
